As the foundational support of the modern teaching and learning mode innovation, the construction of education information platform integrated undergraduate and postgraduate for East China University of Science and Technology has begun. In this paper, the current situation of education information platform in the key universities in China was investigated and analyzed, and the construction idea, architecture and deployment mode were discussed, and a set of scheme for the construction and application, which is fit for the blended learning for the undergraduates and postgraduates, as well as multiple educational forms was proposed.
